Aligning: Conversations about Setting Direction – Clarifying Expectations and Fostering Commitment
Reinforcing: Conversations that consolidate performance by acknowledging and embedding desired behaviors
Improving: Conversations that highlight; performance gaps, niggles and sore spots that are constructive and solution focused with a pathway to desired change
Reviewing: Conversations that take a holistic picture of direct reports to evaluate their contribution and highlight on going development.
Coaching: Conversations that are developmentally orientated to extend capability for an exiting roles or grow capability an expanded contribution.
